Description
The five-day ‘Occurrence investigation in Air Traffic Management’ course has been created to provide Air Traffic Control Providers with training that will enable their staff to conduct comprehensive investigations into occurrences and serious incidents within the Air Traffic Management domain

What you will learn

Describe the occurrence investigation process in the Air Traffic Management domain;
Identify roles and responsibilities within the occurrence investigation process;
Collect and analyse evidence specific to the ATM domain
Undertake an investigative interview using the GEMAC model;
Collect and analyse human factors evidence;
Critically assess analysis techniques used in occurrence investigation;
Evaluate common causal factors;
Make effective recommendations.
